1. Conditions 10,000 people follow Fanpage

After completing the EIN declaration, you will need to click on the Form W-9 and click on the Form W-9 as shown below
Then open this form with the PDF editor and proceed to edit the information as shown below

Instructions for filling in bank information to receive payment
Currently Facebook does not support Vietnam to make money so you cannot fill in the payment information with a Vietnamese bank account, so you need to create a Payoneer account to get information about banks of the US or other countries that are allowed to earn money and fill in payment information. You login to your payoneer account and then click on the Global Payment Service item
Next, you click on USD to get US bank information including:
